Resume

Hi! I’m Liliana (Lily) Epps — a development strategist, community-centered organizer, multidisciplinary artist, and certified yoga teacher based in Los Angeles. My work exists at the intersection of creativity, care, and social impact, grounded in the transformative power of art, human connection, and collective liberation.

What I bring to partnerships, collaborations, and teams is:
• A creative lens that centers nuance, imagination, and depth
• A strategic approach to fundraising and development
• A warm, collaborative presence that invites people in — and invites the work to evolve
• A commitment to equity, joy, and liberation in every project I engage with

As a grant writer, fundraiser, and development consultant, I specialize in supporting nonprofits led by Women of Color and organizations serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA2-S+ communities. I bring insight, precision, and heart to the work of resource building — helping mission-driven teams secure funding, strengthen operations, and expand their impact.

My artistic practice expands through poetry, music, songwriting, movement, and visual art — mediums through which I explore vulnerability, love in its many forms, liberation, resilience, and what it means to show up fully in an often alienating world. Whether it’s a self-produced song, a reflective poem, or community-centered workshop, my work is always rooted in curiosity, care, and connection.

I also teach yoga and embodied practices that support healing, self-awareness, and restoration — believing that creativity and wellness are essential to sustaining long-term change for individuals and communities alike.

I’m always learning, expanding, and creating — and I love connecting with others who are building with intention, heart, and impact. If you’re interested in collaborating, learning about my work, or exploring opportunities for creative strategy and development, let's chat!
